Great location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I talked to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, and there was 1 duvet with holes. Broken glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

I RECOMMEND IT!!!!! Indescribable place and view, host Fabia delivered everything as promised, very attentive and committed to providing the perfect stay! Return to the location soon.

Eloisa's service was very good. The apartment matches the photos very well and is very cozy. Everything was very clean and organized, complete with kitchen and bath utensils. New building, everything very well organized. Check-in with facial recognition and password previously sent by Eloisa for registration.

My experience was exceptional, thanks to Cleiton's promptness and attention. He was a huge help, especially with my mother, who arrived first after a trip of more than 20 hours and is not very familiar with technology. Cleiton helped her with everything, making sure she was comfortably settled in. In addition, he took care to arrange for her to be able to dine easily, which shows admirable care and attention. The stay itself was very comfortable and the location, excellent! The space is cozy and well-equipped, providing all the comfort you need after a long day. My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

Our stay at Marcílio's site was wonderful! I made a special trip with my 5-year-old son to ride the Enxaimel Route and enjoy the quiet of the place. The site is spacious, with a great pool, and provided us with very relaxing moments — we sleep super well every night. My son was delighted by feeding the birds and playing outdoors. Pomerode is also an excellent destination for kids, with attractions such as the Zoo, Vila Encantada, the tram ride and Osterfest. In addition, the city has amazing restaurants. We felt very welcome and there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend for sure!

Communication with Tamy is excellent. The apto is loalized very close to Via Verde, a very beautiful place for hiking, bars and restaurants. It has markets, pharmacy and bakeries nearby and a quick access to the city center. The apto was very clean and has everything you need to live in it. Very good bed, pillows and shower. Clean and smelling linen and bath.

Maria Olinda and Luiz are great amphritrians! The kitchen and living room space was great to house our family. It has 01 suite, 2 bedrooms, and another bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed that has no door, but that's fine... in addition to another bathroom and a bathroom in the outdoor area. My nephew stared at the external shower, and took a bath (cold) there, after our trail. The trail: I recommend going back and forth in the same place, and it's pretty naughty, it's not for anyone. My father kept fishing in the lakes. It has easy parking, and the access (unpaved street) is also very quiet. It's a quiet place, and the owners live right at the entrance, but it doesn't take away the privacy. The market is not that close, but it has a big good about 15 minutes by car. We intend to go back.

The cabin is right on top of a hill, the view from there is beautiful, it is very cozy, it was clean and fragrant. One difference is that near the cabin there is a restaurant that has a very large menu and has everything in it. In the restaurant space there is a small farm with several animals, they are all beautiful and cute, several species of chickens, there are rabbits, dogs, horses, ducks, ponies, cows, turtles, cats and other animals that I do not know the name. Another difference is that the cabin can accommodate 6 people, usually cabins can only accommodate two people. It has a fireplace outside and inside, we use both. the hydro is very large. I liked that it has several utensils in the kitchen to make a good family lunch. Thank you for the breakfast basket, it was very tasty, and that flower bouquet in it was very beautiful. We'll be back with the family for sure!!!
