Close to the property you have two little supermarkets and a pharmacy. Bed linen is available. We do not provide blankets or towels . You should take your own. The house has 3 suites and sleeps well 3 couples and up to 2 children . Double bed in 2 suites and the other suite 2 single beds. In the larger suite there is an additional single bed

During the winter season (February to August) we have a stream, a natural swimming pool (with running water) and a dam with a fantastic water spout shower and a trail to the top of the mountain.

A huge place, a spectacle of nature, good for walking, doing outdoor activities. My group and I, for example, did a "Functional". Pleasant climate, the house is very large, and has several rooms/comforts. I would definitely come back, the peace that reigns in that place is incredible.

Excellent location! The Monte Flor condominium is wonderful and super safe and quiet. The excellent house, just need to be a little more careful, a lot of dust on the furniture, carpets and dirty curtains. But, a complete and cozy family accommodation.

The location is perfect, surrounded by nature, but with easy access to the center, allowing us to enjoy the best of the region. Mr. Carmelo, the owner, was very attentive from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was impeccable. And Juliano, the caretaker, welcomed us with kindness and care, and gave us great tips about the surroundings. The house has everything we needed: a full kitchen, comfortable rooms and an incredible outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying family moments. It was an unforgettable weekend, and we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for tranquility, quality and exceptional service.

A great place for a large family. The house is well equipped , very comfortable, excellent beds and the view is really stunning. Very easy access, it is very close to Guaramiranga. Would recommend.
