Our stay was wonderful, Mr. Pino was very polite and helpful. The apartment has a great location, right on the sand, close to everything, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, shops. The subway station is very close and made it very easy. The apartment is even better than in the photos, very clean and organized. There were only a few kitchen utensils missing, but we still managed to get by. When we return to Rio, we will definitely stay in the apartment again.

Great location, apartment ideal space for solo or couple traveling.

I've stayed at many Airbnbs, but none had such clear guidelines on everything throughout the house. Yes, each piece of furniture had guidelines on how to do it, where to find it, in addition the house is very complete and spacious. Jeane was very nice at all times, the reception with chocolates was amazing.

The space was quite wide, our family was very well received by Jacqueline and her partner. Great swimming pool, independent game space, but we do not use barbecue. The house was well assembled, organized and ready for our arrival.

The stay was great. We went in 9 people and stayed 4 nights. The house has all the utensils needed for cooking, well ventilated rooms (already with pillows, sheets and covers) and its indoor area is as spacious as the outside. Lucia was attentive and her response time was very quick.

Only two minutes on foot has a delicious Rodízio, and the beach access is super easy — the building is right next to the bridge over the river, so it's not necessary to take a long walk. In about seven minutes you are already standing in the sand! The condominium is very nice, with friendly and polite gatekeepers, and a great pool. We were very satisfied with the stay And of course, the neighborhood of Jardim Oceânico (Barra da Tijuca) is one of the safest in Rio — we feel very quiet throughout the trip.

We were a group of 8 people, who went for the second consecutive year for New Year's Eve to Josy's place. The apartment was spacious enough for the 8 of us to get in. In turn, the building has 24-hour security. As for the location, not only were we 1 minute away from the beach (posto 5), but it was also ideal for New Year's Eve, as people gather between postos 1 and 6.
