Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

The house offers a spacious living with sofa and chair. From here you go the to sleepingroom with a 4 poster bed (160*200). In the well equiped kichten you find the dining table. The bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and sinck. The garden with private pool (May 2025) and roofterrace offers amazing seevieuws. BBQ, dining table and loungechairs.

Con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable: calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Agua caliente por gas natural. Wifi y smart TV con Netflix. Parking incluido junto a la casa y de fácil acceso. Todas las estancias son amplias y luminosas y con una decoración exquisita.

The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

It is an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Specially adapted for families with children or groups and pets are accepted. The house has play areas, swimming pool, wine cellar, petanque, basketball basket and beach boley net. Surrounded by natural spaces ( Baza, Castril, Cazorla), archaeological sites (Orce, Galera; Baza, Gorafe), and spaces for nautical activities (Negratín) and just 50 minutes from Granada and the Alhambra.
