Vacation rentals with lake access in Guadalupe County

We didn’t want to leave! Wonderful home situated on a great stretch of riverfront with a phenomenal yard and activities galore! Make sure you bring some charcoal and lighter fluid to grill out and truly soak in the tranquility. We found the home to be very comfortable, and our mattress was heavenly. Great host who prepares you with all the need-to-know details in advance.

We had a wonderful time at Martin’s house! From the moment I messaged him about staying, he was responsive and helpful! We wanted a house that slept 30 people, allowed dogs, allowed us to hold our small elopement, and had activities for our family to enjoy throughout the weekend. This house met the criteria and more! It had plenty of space, many activities, baby and dog materials, the best pool and hot tub, and a beautiful view, which was amazing for our wedding photos. Our entire family raved about the house! It was a weekend we’ll never forget! We would love to come back for another family weekend or an anniversary celebration! Thank you so much for hosting us!

The house was beautiful and clean. It truly had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked in case you forgot or didn't have something specific. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Jennfier was a super host. She was very responsive to any questions we had in advance of our arrival and checked on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and that we found things. The house was just what we expected based on the description and pictures and was very nicely appointed and comfortable. It was like being at home. The location on the Guadalupe River was perfect and allowed us to enjoy some time out at the river since it had such easy access. We couldn't have booked a more perfect place our weekend in New Braunfels.

Had my daughters senior trip here with the family and it was a great experience. Beautiful home inside and out. Doug very quick to respond highly recommend.

We had a family get away at Erica’s home. It was beyond what we had hoped for. The house is well maintained, the yard was fabulous for three kids and two dogs! We could not believe how well equipped the kitchen was and what a functional kitchen. We loved our time there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Loved the scenic setting on the Guadalupe River. Great backdrop for family pics. Open, airy, and homey. The kitchen was well equipped and there were towels for dayzzz. 🤩. Highly recommended.

Very responsive and I loved that there wasn’t a ton of rules like some bnb’s have. Perfect for kids although next time I will stay somewhere with a pool. We did enjoy the pickleball court and provided paddles. Also enjoyed the private river access! Overall great stay.

Brand new . Peaceful, Clean and very comfortable beds. Great location. We decided to go to Schlitterbahn last minute and Carolyn accommodated all our needs . Highly recommend.

This place was great! Group of 5 friends, and we were comfortable the whole stay. This place was perfect for people who don't want to spend too much time inside and want to explore what New Braunsfels has to offer.

My husband and I stayed at this home for 2 months. We both work remotely and had no issues with the internet during our stay. The place is well stocked for long stays. The patio space, especially the hot tub, is nice for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet The location is a good 20-30 minutes from New Braunfels where you’ll find many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Debra's place is exactly how she described and better! My daughter graduated pre-k late the night of check-in and she stayed up to greet us with a smile on her face at nearly midnight! She was super responsive and helpful each step of the way. Being from a small, country area myself, it definitely felt like home to me! The pool and playground was my daughter's highlight of the trip and she loved having her own bed! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area!

The location is perfect, if you plan on floating the river through Rockin R, it’s a walkable distance as well as a water park down the road, Walmart is about 7 minutes away, the riverfront is beautiful!

Rusty was awesome and so was this place. We stayed long term (3 months) while we looked for our new home. We had 3 dogs with us and it was perfect. He was always responsive and helpful. We thought we needed to extend and he did it same day, then we found our home and he was able to move our check out back to the original date, no issues. We would definitely recommend this place!! Beautiful views and amazing location! Follow the instructions here provides to get checked in, it’s tucked away, so you can miss it if you go by the apps directions.

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

We had a fabulous time at the lake! The house is super cute and great for a group of fiends or family. We have stayed there two times and plan to return again soon!

Beautiful home right on the river! Water level was perfect for our small children while we were there. Half bath & laundry area near side entry was perfect for drying off from the river. Home was comfortable, slept well, and was surprisingly larger than shown in photos. There are a couple of doors that can be closed when kids are playing & watching TV in one living room, creating a more quiet space in the other living room. There are wonderful views of the river from the upstairs windows. The tree line along the river created privacy from the road. We felt like we had our own private oasis on the river! We enjoyed our stay very much! Great communication with the host! Thank you, Sophia!

Wonderful place with plenty of room for the entire extended family! Loved the view, location was close to anything you needed, games were super fun, had lots of great laughs with the family! Great place, we will be back!

It’s like staying at grandmas lake house. Gorgeous location. I could’ve stayed forever waking up to the amazing backyard. The owners take impeccable care of the yard. We had a great time fishing and barbecuing.
