Das Apartment liegt im Dachgeschoss unserer schönen Doppelhaushälfte in einer ruhigen und sehr guten Wohngegend mitten im Grünen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf der Straße vor dem Haus vorhanden. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch. Sollte ich nicht vor Ort sein, bin ich gut über Handy erreichbar! Restaurants, Shopping Center, Supermärkte und Drogerie sind in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. 6 ' Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle Linie 210 20 ' Autofahrt zur Innenstadt

(S-Bahn) und in ca. 15 Min. zur Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) mit der Tram 19. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür kostenfrei. In wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist eine Shopping Mall, der Westpark, für einen Spaziergang, Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Drogerien sowie kleine Restaurants.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. We made a big effort to create a special and artistical studio in the attic. A silent hideout, perfect for couples. You can enjoy countrysite lifestyle and still be close to the city.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel von Grünwald nahe des Grünwalder Forst. Sie ist über den gemeinsamen Eingang über eine separate Treppe ins OG zu erreichen. Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 25 ab Derbolfinger Platz gelangt man in einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von München. Alternativ kann man auch die nahe gelegene S-Bahn Station Furth (Auto 5 Min.) nutzen.

Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett (160*200cm) im eigenen Schlafzimmer, Küche, eigenem Bad, WC und natürlich WLAN. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Perfekt geeignet für Pärchen oder Familien mit maximal 2 Kindern. Nicht optimal für mehr als 2 Erwachsene.
