Clean and comfy near everything in the city

This is a truly lovely place, near enough to Wimberley but isolated enough that you feel away from it all. It's exactly what we were looking for and I expect we'll return!

We love this place right on the river. The house is roomy, comfy and has the best scenery. There is direct access to the river via the back yard. The beds are very comfortable, and we had all the needed amenities. Hope to stay here year after year. (This was our 2nd trip to this house).

The house was beautiful! The hosts truly thought of everything that you might need and communicated in a very timely manner. We visited lots of things in downtown San Antonio while we were there and the house was a perfect distance from everything we needed. We would highly recommend this house to others!

Love, Love, Love the Tiny House Hideaway! This was our 2nd visit, and it was all that I remembered it to be and more! We stayed for 4 nights this time, and we can’t wait to go back. It is the perfect place if you wat to get away from the city hustle but want to be close enough to things to do. You can relax on the patio and enjoy a pleasant view of the trees blowing in the wind, listen to the birds, take a hike around the property, and we even saw a few deer one night. The house is super clean, well planned out and organized, bed is ooh so comfortable and if you need internet, there is no problem getting a great connection. Everything you can possibly need is in the house – They really thought this place through. We totally love building and relaxing around a campfire, and the house has plenty of wood around it AND . . . they even had skews for roasting dogs and marshmallows! Needless to say . . . this is a great choice and the location is great! You won’t be disappointed!

We have been coming to New Braunfels frequently over the past year as my oldest trains at the tennis academy. This was the first time staying at this gem. It had everything you would need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and great pillows. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was a quick walk to Schlitterbahn. Perfect location if you don’t want all the noise of the river but still want to be close to all the action. Kristy was an amazing host. She was super responsive to any questions I had. So much nicer than dealing with the normal big company property managers. We will definitely return in the future.

The house was spacious and inviting. We enjoyed the deer coming up to the home. The kitchen was fully equipped to support our needs for our event that we had planned in NB, without having to bring anything from home. The home offered plenty of dining space and Amy was very responsive with anything we needed. NB is experiencing over development and it no longer has the feel that it used to, but this house allowed us to feel secluded and still tucked away with a piece of unspoiled outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you Amy.

The house was perfectly set up for us, clean, organized, and well cared for. the view, patio, and hot tub were perfect for our group. Rachel was communicative and helpful.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this guest house in New Braunfels. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — they even reached out ahead of time to ask about my arrival so they could have the door unlocked for me, AC on and the space cooled before I got there. So kind! The guest house was SPOTLESS, especially the bathroom, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. 🙌 The patio of the guest house was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, it was a quiet, clean, and relaxing stay, and I really appreciated how available and helpful the host was throughout. I’d definitely stay here again especially because of the proximity to everything (Gruene, Downtown NB)!

Would love to go again! The set up to the river is so nice. Really comfortable chairs, great river access, kayaks and tubes ready to use.

We will 10000% be booking this place again for our next family trip to New Braunfels. The house had everything we needed, including items for our toddler. We were so comfortable in the house! The house is also adorable! We had a great time grilling, playing the record player, and chilling in the cowboy pool. It was so easy to get to places like Gruene and Schlitterbahn. We loved our stay - thank you!

very cute spot, will definitely be staying here again when we come to float the river! the property has beautiful scenery and some deer are out in the mornings and evenings. overall very peaceful and a great place to stay for a weekend getaway but still accessible to all your needs in the city!

Cute, quaint home. Clean with all amenities available. Close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

Location was great. Cabin was beautiful. Pool was awesome! We had a great time and Gabriel was very responsive.

My family and I had a great time at this lovely home. We enjoyed the game room as well as the pool and hot tub. We will definitely come back for future family trips!

This was my first time in this area of Texas and all I can say is wow what a cool town. Not only was the town extremely fun but staying at Brooks Airbnb really gives you the opportunity to be close to everything. The only way it could be closer to the river if it was on the river. Not only that it’s about five minute drive to the waterpark, which is pretty sweet. Got to see some deer in the morning which is pretty cool while sitting on the balcony and drinking some coffee. Needless to say, I’ll definitely be back.
