Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Du bist mitten im Zentrum von Leibnitz, und hast trotzdem deine kleine Ruheoase hier. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ob einkaufen, Kaffee, Restaurant, Bus, Bahnhof, shopping usw... ...von hier aus kannst du die ganze Region optimal erkunden. About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

What more can I say about Elfriede (Elfi) and her husband? The most cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts we could have possibly asked for. Even though we were only staying a single night for a wedding they went out of their way to make us comfortable, and even gave us a ride back to the station (with a local sightseeing tour!) afterwards. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. We definitely regret not staying longer! Highly recommended.

The apartment was spotlessly clean – you can immediately feel how much care and attention to detail is put into it. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: incredibly warm, attentive and always trying to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I immediately felt welcome and well taken care of! The location is also ideal: In just half an hour I was in Graz, the center of Leibnitz can be reached in about ten minutes, and a detour to the beautiful wine region around Gamlitz is also possible in just 15 minutes. The highway is nearby, which makes the journey very easy – and yet it is pleasantly quiet and relaxing in the apartment! I'd love to come back!

We loved the Lexsimihof from the first moment. It is a home that can only be described as unique in terms of location and amenities. The furniture is very tasteful and stands out from many houses we have met so far. The magnificent garden and especially the beautiful cherry tree in front of the house are unique. The house is very lonely but if you like it, it is an oasis of peace. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped in every way. We haven't been to Lexsimihof for the last time.
