Als eine Alternative zum Hotel bieten wir exklusive Appartements in modernem Wohnambiente für Kurz- und Langzeitgäste an. Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Unmittelbar in der Nähe von unserem Boardinghouse: - 3 Lebensmittelmärkte (REWE, ALDI, LIDL) in ca. 100 m Entfernung - Tankstellen, das Mainufer, der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle - ca. 8 km mit dem Auto nach Aschaffenburg

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Fußweg von See und Main entfernt. Bioladen so wie die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt! Markise, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle, Balkontisch, -stühle tragen zur Außenambiente bei. Der Maisonetteteil des Tinyhouses dient als Schlafraum! Schlafcouch befindet sich zusätzlich im Wohnbereich.

The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as a office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Beauty+Colorful tiny apartment on only 13.5 sqm where you will find everything you need for everyday life. The equipment was designed and built by myself. Only individual pieces in the kitchen were made by the carpenter. Shops for everyday needs can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes. In addition to various shopping opportunities, Großostheim also offers doctors, pharmacies and some restaurants. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is within walking distance.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.
