The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm apartment just 200 meters from the outdoor pool. Parking on the premises. In the village, all the necessities of daily use are available. The apartment is, in every season, an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a lockable storage room, for example, for e-bikes or skis. A baby crib and high chair for small guests is also available.

The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is at your disposal. There is space in the garage for your bicycles. The Rupertus spa can be reached in just a 4-minute walk, and the city center in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before the official check-in or after the check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected basement exit at your own risk.

Apartment is fully equipped. It is on the first floor, is about 80 square meters and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa gardens. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

The flat has a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, sofa and TV as well as a queen-size bed with a comfortable, high-quality mattress. The living room also offers an excellent view of the mountain landscape. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head and hairdryer. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe with enough space for your personal belongings. The floor is laid with real wood plank parquet.

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Our house is a family business and is located off the main road in a quiet residential area. We rent a total of 5 apartments with a balcony or terrace and beautiful views of the mountains. The second house, which also accommodates apartments with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, is connected to the main house via the large garden.
