The apartment is in the attic, 3rd floor, no elevator, wide staircase, approx. 70 square meters. There are different room heights. The kitchen and shower only have a room height of 195 cm. The bedroom and living room are clad in wood up to under the roof gable. Room height over 3.00 m. This apartment has a lot of charm. The kitchen is equipped with everything and integrated into the living room. A balcony extends over the bedroom and living room. This unique place has a style all its own!

Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm apartment just 200 meters from the outdoor pool. Parking on the premises. In the village, all the necessities of daily use are available. The apartment is, in every season, an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a lockable storage room, for example, for e-bikes or skis. A baby crib and high chair for small guests is also available.

Our newly renovated house is located in an absolutely quiet location directly at the Bayerisch Gmain hiking centre. From here you can go on numerous hikes and bike tours of different lengths and durations from the front door. In 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Bayerisch Gmain train station, a children's playground and a supermarket. Within a 2-30 km radius there are, among others: Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg, the Königssee, the Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, several thermal baths.

We stayed at Lena's place for an extended weekend. The place is very nice and lovingly furnished, we all felt very comfortable! Lena also gave us great tips and was easily accessible. We didn't find the entrance right away, but we were promptly helped there too:) The location has a very good starting point for activities. We would come back here any time! 😊

Brigitte's place is very cosy, welcoming and perfect! it was great for a small long weekend getaway, public transport is right around the corner but having an own car is even better. it's right in the middle of all major attractions of the (extended) area, highly accessible yet peaceful and quiet. communication with Brigitte was flawless and she even went out of her way to help us and answer all our questions and more! thank you! will be visiting again for sure!!

Our stay at Werner & Maria's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Werner and Maria were a fantastic host, very responsive, helpful and giving us tips to explore the area. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg or/and Berchtesgaden area.
