In Eurer Wohnung (1. Stock, nicht barrierefrei!) genießt ihr einen perfekten Blick auf einen großen Garten mit Teich. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer sowie einen größeren Essbereich mit Küche, wo die Schlafkoje ist. Im ruhigen Dorf gelegen ist es nur 30 Minuten (Auto) in die Hamburger Innenstadt oder nach Lübeck. Direkt in der Nähe sind Naherholungsgebiete und schöne Wälder. Im Ort ist ein großer Pferdehof und es gibt zwei gute Restaurants.

Garten und zweiter Essbereich im Freien, Hunde können dort frei laufen. Einfache Anbindung an Städte wie Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg und Greifswald über die umliegenden Autobahnen. Die Bahnlinie ist leider zur Zeit gesperrt. Bitte bei Bedarf bei der DB nachfragen.

Wir bieten unser Gästezimmer mit separatem Eingang netten Menschen zur Übernachtung und zum Verweilen an. Das Zimmer und das Bad stehen den Gästen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Zum Entspannen im Freien gibt es eine Wiese und einen Sitzplatz unmittelbar vor dem Eingang. Hoisdorf bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und gleichzeitig eine gute Anbindung mit Bus/Bahn bzw. PKW/Autobahn an Hamburg. Gern stellen wir auch unseren Gästen während des Aufenthaltes ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.

Ruhige Wohung direkt am See-Rundweg Da dies mein reguläres Zuhause ist, bitte ich euch respektvoll damit umzugehen. Euch steht ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Kommode, einem Sofa und einem kleinen Tisch, Bad mit Badewanne und Küche mit Herd, Kühl/Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle zur Verfügung. Das 2. Zimmer und die Kammer habe ich verschlossen, um meine privaten Sachen zu lagern. Der Ofen und Waschmaschine + Trockner sind leider defekt. Wichtig: absolute Nachtruhe von 22-6 Uhr, nur Nichtraucher

Willkommen in unserem Häuschen am Elbdeich! Unser Wohnhaus und das freistehende Gästehaus sind im Jahr 2021 gebaut worden. Das Gästehaus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit vielen Details, wie Möbel, Fenster etc., die in Einzelanfertigungen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail designed und gebaut worden sind. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in einem stilvoll eingerichteten Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Elbe-Radweg und Elbdeich sind ca. 200 m von uns entfernt.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
