Parking is right by the house.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

The entrance area is covered and has a spacious terrace, which can also be used as a carport in winter. The sofa can be folded down and, with its 1.40 m width, offers space for two more guests.
