The house is the starting point for mountain climbing, hiking, cycling, close to various Bargbahnen. Beautiful outdoor pool at Bellinzona, large adventure pool in Rivera (car 10 minutes). The house is located 5 min from a bus stop (public transport). A gourmet temple Osteria Orlin is 10 minutes away by foot. There is also a lot of space available for art.

Casa Magging is located on the road that connects Locarno to Ponte Brolla. The house immersed in nature is equipped with every comfort. It consists of 2 apartments with large outdoor spaces and direct access to the Maggia River. Apartment 1 with private parking, has a bright bedroom with a must-see view, a large living room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with BBQ as well as large outdoor spaces to enjoy sunbathing.

Casa Brione 41 is a unique gem. In 2023, the house was completely renovated and impresses with modern design and attention to detail. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside, there is a balcony on the ground and upper floor with wonderful views of Lake Maggiore, as well as several seating areas and terraces for relaxing. The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses (mostly Easter - Oct), as well as a parking space are available.

Hard to believe - a private little house as the perfect hideaway for 2 people. Our 2-room terraced cottage is for max. of 2 people. The bedroom on the upper floor with double bed, desk, flat screen TV and bathroom with bathtub. South-facing balcony with balcony furnishings. On the ground floor, a cozy sofa corner with flat screen TV creates a warm atmosphere. Kitchenette fully furnished. Bathroom with bath. South-facing terrace with balcony facilities.

The first of our three cottages is suitable for up to persons 6. It is divided into 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large living and dining area. Our sauna can optionally be rented for 100 CHF. Bus stop (ski bus) and supermarket are 50 or 300 m away. Our cottage is equipped with Sonos & Spotify, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with what is needed. Arrival day in peak season: Saturday (or by appointment)

From this centrally located accommodation you can quickly get to the ski slopes, the bus stop, the bike kingdom and much more. The large entrance area is ideal for all your sports equipment such as skis and bikes as well as outer clothing. Slippers are provided on site to explore the rooms. In this non-smoking house you can spend cozy evenings with friends or family incl. fondue oven. You can park your car right in front of the house.

You are welcome to share the small, cozy garden. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Aeugstenbahn, which takes you 1000 meters up to the beautiful hiking area Aeugsten/Fessis. The nature in Glarnerland is unique and many areas are off the beaten track.

Perfect for a digital detox! Our Casa di Berna is located in the centre of the small village of Paudo. The cosy rustico is ideal as a place to calm down and has two bedrooms and a cosy eat-in kitchen. Small but nice is our motto! Our rustico is fully equipped and has a bathroom with shower and a small WC-bathroom on the upper floor. The absolute highlight is the wonderful view of the Magadino plain.

Interior renovation completed, a terrace will be added outside at the end of summer. Relax with the whole family in this cozy semi-detached house. On foot Rhaetian Railway (5 min., 400 m), valley station of the cable cars /children's ski slopes (6 min., 500 m) are easily accessible to grocery stores (8 min., 650 m) and swimming pool.

Our house part lies in the beautiful, peaceful hamlet of Tarasp Fontana with castle and small lake. It can accommodate six. The furnishings are simple but cozy. The apartment on request can also be rented for a maximum of four people without the top floor.
