Free parking outside and short distance to the city 10 minute drive to Dyreparken and walking distance to most things that Kristiansand has to offer! Bed linen and towels must be brought and laundry done yourself.

It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Delightful newly renovated single-family home with consistently good standards is centrally located on Hånes. 9 min drive to the zoo, 8 min drive to Sørlandssenteret, 6 min drive to Hamresanden beach, 12 min drive to Kristiansand City City. Kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils (cutlery, plate, glasses, etc.) There are 2 double beds, a single bed and a baby bed. We also have mattresses that are laid on the floor as well.
