The cottage is located in the recreation center "FOUNTAIN", in the village of Karara Oi (Dolinka), 3 km from Cholpón Ata. You have private apartments on the 1st floor of the cottage, with private entrance: 1st bedroom - a large bed, a locker for things, a mirror, a bowl, an armchair. The 2nd bedroom is a large bed + a folding sofa, a chiffonier, a mirror, a pedestal, an armchair, an ironing board. The studio hall (combined with the kitchen) is a large folding sofa + a short sofa, TV with satellite TV and DVD.

A rocky outcrop extends into the shimmering waters of Lake Issyk-Kul, reflecting sunlight across the surface. The distant mountains form a scenic backdrop against a clear blue sky, enhancing the serene environment of the lakeside area.

Lovely hospitable people and pleasant company. Huge traditional house with beautiful rugs everywhere. Very clean. Very enjoyable home-made dinner with herbal teas and homemade jams. Super fast wifi. Easy to find, easy to park. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house area was very spacious with a very cute playground for the kids right on the house's premises. The outside area is well maintained and quite spacious as well with a garden, a lounge area and a dining area. The person managing the place was very responsive via messaging app. The kitchen had most of the utensils one would need for at home cooking. Even though we were staying when the night temperatures were already quite low, there was heating which was great. There is a market across the road which was quite convenient. Overall, great stay for a large family and value for money!

This is very excellent place, This place is known as LAGUNA CITY. About HOST: The host Nazgul is very humble and good person. About ROOM: The room which you get is studio, very neet and clean with all the Utensils to cook your own food. If you plan to cook your own food carry the raw materials with you because in Laguna city there is no shop nearby. About Cafe in Laguna City: Nazgul has own Cafe in which you can eat all 3 times meals as 10$ approx. There also Laguna Bar available just a way to beach. In shorts: The place will be better than your expectations. TRUST ME. Here in this place a Private Beach is available by which you can enjoy your Vacation without any crowded public beach. Overall everything is fantastic, no doubt on this. P.S. To reach this place don't follow GOOGLE MAP / 2GIS MAP. WhatsApp/Call Nazgul, she will guide you in a better way.

We loved our stay at this guesthouse. The family were very warm and welcoming and helped us with any questions we had. The room was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us. We did not have our own transport but the beach is a 5 min walk away and it’s only a short walk to the nearby resort where there is a restaurant and small shop.
