It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Siamo stati molto bene nell’alloggio che è posizionato sulla strada principale del borgo di Contovello. Nicoletta è stata presente nelle comunicazioni e ci ha aspettato pazientemente per il check in a causa di un ritardo per un incidente sulla strada. L’alloggio è su 2 piani ed è fornito di tutte le comodità sia in cucina (piano terra) che in bagno (primo piano). Viaggiando con un bimbo piccolo Nicoletta si è preoccupata di farci trovare un cancelletto per la scala. La Ristrutturazione della casa è stata conservativa rispettando anche i solai in legno e il parquet a listoni lucidi della camera da letto che dona bellezza alla camera (grande e luminosa) con il suo tipico cigolio che però nn ci ha dato grossi problemi. Gli spazi a disposizione degli ospiti sono ampi. Il Borgo di Contovello merita di essere visitato e vissuto durante l’alloggio. Le vedute sono spettacolari. Il parcheggio non è sotto l’alloggio ma si può trovare nelle vicinanze all’interno del borgo. Ottima esperienza.

Sensationelle Lage mit unvergleichlichem Blick aufs Meer und wunderschönem Privatstrand … die 220 Stufen lohnen sich auf jeden Fall. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, auf der Terrasse die Sonnenuntergänge genossen, unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, da alles eingezäunt ist und nach kurzer „Eingewöhnung“ war auch die Anfahrt zum Grundstück problemlos zu schaffen. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit unser Auto am Haus zu laden! Vielen Dank an die hilfsbereiten und immer erreichbaren Gastgeber.

Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, unfassbareer Ausblick, direkt am Strand und auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben einen vollen Kühlschrank vorgefunden nicht nur fürs Frühstück, sogar Nudeln, Sugo, Bier, Wein Wasser Säfte..... Beim Check in hatten wir leichte Schwierigkeiten, da Airbnb die Daten nicht frei gegeben hat . Elda hat jedoch sofort reagiert. Somit besten Dank

This was a wonderful place to stay - the view from the living area and balcony was stunning; the place was super clean; and enough space (and beds) for our group of 6 women. Carlo was extremely helpful, and even included a short video and how to find the address (which came in handy).

A hallway features a herringbone wood floor and a large decorative mirror. The walls are adorned with a subtle design of green leaves, while a light fixture hangs above, providing illumination. The space leads to additional rooms along a clear pathway.
