Charming cottage with a great atmosphere inside and out. Beautiful and very peaceful location, as the last house at the end of a small gravel road in the old part of Rågeleje. From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

The bathroom is an extension of the bedroom, and the house is therefore ideal for a couple or a family with 1-2 children. Here you sleep good dinner naps and sip coffee in the shade🌳🌞 The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet summerhouse neighborhood. The garden is a natural plot with old trees. The creek runs along the garden. Follow it for a cozy trip of about 900 meters - and you are on Rågeleje's beautiful beach.
