Cozy holiday apartment in quiet surroundings on our four-winged country estate, just outside Smidstrup Strand in Gilleleje. Cozy all-room with living room/kitchen, as well as stairs to bedroom on the 2nd floor. The stairs are steep, and the apartment is therefore not suitable for children. In the courtyard, there is some space for you, so you can also enjoy the outdoor environment here. NOTE! On weekdays, there may be some activity on the property due to bricklaying, when employees arrive, goods deliveries, etc. Motorcycles, welcome!

Cozy 1st floor apartment on North Zealand's Strandvej. Perfect for 2 pers. Nice for 3-4 people. Beautiful enclosed terrace with morning sun and large sun terrace, views in all directions. Lots of opportunities for walking & cycling. 300 meters to Blue Flag Beach overlooking Sweden, 200 meters to catch & release lake, Tegners Museum, Munkerup Hus, forest and eateries within walking distance. 100 meters to supermarket. 200 meters to train with direct connection to Gilleleje, Hornbæk and Helsingør (Kronborg Castle, museums, ferry to Sweden).

Stay on a farm close to the water

The farm is just under 100 meters from the water, and there are only 500 meters to the stairs down to the beach. It is a separate apartment with its own entrance. The apartment is nice and spacious at 100 m² and consists of a kitchen/living room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a small private courtyard, and in addition, there is access to a large park-like garden with old fruit trees. In the yard, there is also a glassblowing workshop, and you are always very welcome to see the fine things that are made here.

Lejligheden indeholder dejligt stort værelse/stue med sovesofa der fungerer som dobbeltseng på 160cm samt en god sovesofa på 140cm samt et skønt loungeområde med plads til, at læse en god bog eller endda bruge den som seng. Godt badeværelse med brus og nyt køkken med spiseplads og her findes der ydermere en indbygget seng på 180 cm, så det føles som, at ligge i en hule.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

The apartment is situated 3 km. from the beach - the best beach at the northern coast of Zealand and furthermore situated 1 km. from the forrest, Tisvilde Hegn, which is part of The National park - the kings North Zealand.

It’s at nice apartment with a view to the field. Perfekt for 2 person and a child. A lot of things in the kitchen to use. Possible to have a babybed/chair. Close to everything, the supermarket, fitness, station. Close to Helsingør - Hillerød and Gilleleje. Gilleleje is wonderful with the sea, habor, shops and cafes. Tisvildeleje is 20minutes a way and have a fantastic beach.
