Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Far out on Stevns, right down to the sea and in the middle of the 800 hectare Gjorslev Bøgeskov is the historic Bøgebjerghus and in the old beautiful apple orchard is one of Denmark's most unique glamping locations. Here you can enjoy the sounds of the forest and experience life in the forest around the clock. There are no street lights, Wi-Fi and poor mobile coverage. The silence is broken only by the many birds of the forest, the wind rustling in the treetops and the waves down on the beach.

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.
