Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the plateau du Revard (40 min) for cross-country and hiking. One hour from here are the Aravis stations.

We have completely renovated this lovely apartment ourselves to feel good there. We happily occupied it for 6 years. Located near the Convention Center, Casino, Theater, downtown, with a beautiful terrace and balcony, this peaceful setting has helped us forget our countryside. The city is rich in entertainment, restaurants, places to go out, sports sites: Aix named "the Riviera des Alpes"! Between lake and mountains , for sure you will have a pleasant stay:)
