Hinsbeck und das benachbarte Leuth bilden aus Nettetal einen staatlich anerkannten Erholungsort. Es ist das Herzstück des Internationalen Naturparks Maas-Schwalm-Nette. Es erwartet Sie eine typisch niederrheinische Landschaft mit 12 Seen, 70 km Rad- und 145 km Wanderweg. In liebevoll gepflegten Naturschutzeinrichtungen kann die landschaftstypische, ursprüngliche Flora und Fauna bestaunt werden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Autobahn 61 ist in ca. 8 km erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Kaldenkirchen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Von dort aus gelangen Sie direkt über die niederländische Grenze nach Venlo und ebenso in die andere Richtung auf direktem Weg nach Düsseldorf. Ihr Zuhause: Die 1. Etage unseres Einfamilienhauses ist für den Zeitraum Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre persönliche Wohlfühloase. Seit Sommer 2001 empfangen wir mit Freude unsere Gäste, die von der Familie mit Kindern, über Naturliebhaber bis hin zum Montage-Arbeiter jeden umfassen, den es nach Nettetal und Umgebung zieht. Übernachte auf einem niederrheinischen Hof in unserer kleinen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und mit natürlichen Baumaterialien errichtet worden. Eine Terrasse für den Kaffee am Morgen, oder ein Glas Wein am Abend wartet auf dich. Die Picknickwiese im Schatten der Bäume ist ein Ort an dem Kinder unbeschwert toben können. Unser Hof liegt ländlich und lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Niers ein. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir daher nicht gut erreichbar.

Schönes frisch renoviertes 22qm Häuschen mit eigenem Garten und Terrasse. Durch den Flur im Haupthaus kommt ihr in den Garten, hier befindet sich der Eingang zu unserem kleinen aber feinen Hinterhofhäuschen. Der Fußboden besteht aus hellem Sichtbeton mit einer Fußbodenheizung. Die alten Deckenbalken wurden freigelegt und geölt. Der Boden im Badezimmer hat die original alten Jugendstilfliesen. Die kleine Küchenzeile wurde von uns aus einer alten Werkbank selbst gebaut.

Das kleine Haus mit wunderschönen alten Bäumen (ein riesiger Kirschbaum, Apfelbaum) ist ein absolutes Kleinod. Die Lage ist auf dem Land in Ruhe und Frieden. Die Ruhe in der Nacht ist perfekt. In der näheren Umgebung ist das Haus von Pferdeweiden und Feldern umgeben. Die etwas weitere Umgebung ist der vermutlich schönste Teil des Niederrheins, dank den Naturschutzgebieten. Mit dem Fahrrad absolut perfekt und direkt ab dem Ferienhaus zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr gut saniert und in einem absolut neuwertigen Zustand. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail und in sich sehr grosszügig geplant und umgesetzt worden. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und in einem guten Zustand. Dadurch hat das Haus insgesamt Charakter und Stil.

Die Wohnung entsprach voll meinen Erwartungen. Super für ein bis zwei Personen geeignet. Man hat seine Privatsphäre und es ist angenehm ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super modern und man fühlt sich gleich richtig wohl.

Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und praktisch eingerichtet. Direkt nebenan ist Rewe zum Einkaufen, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Michael war immer schnell zu erreichen, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir haben uns die sechs Tage sehr wohlgefühlt dort. Danke!

Wir waren 4 Wochen hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist mega toll! Es ist einfach alles da was man braucht und auch mit viel Liebe eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick in die Natur! Im Wohnzimmer steht sogar ein Baum! Wer hat das schon? Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Alles wirklich Perfekt! Auch das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist Top! Einfach uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Everything was even better than we expected. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood on walking distance from the city center. Private parking space right in front of the house. Super facile communication with the host. Definetly a place where we would like to return!
