Stylish and Practical, Fast Trains to Central London

Studio 10, fabulous fusion of Victorian splendor and state of the art living. Fully self-contained and spacious studio apartment with no shared spaces. From Nov 1st 2022 featuring air conditioning to maintain the temperature you chose. Fully equipped kitchen with combination oven, spacious power shower and our on site laundry at the rear of the building are other features of note as well as first class transport lings directly into central London. A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. This newly refurbished apartment has been completely remodelled but manages to retain all of its period features and charm. High ceilings and generous Victorian windows combined with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure. As an added feature this apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed, ideal for couples or persons travelling with a child or for friends who just enjoy their own space. As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. As you can see in the photos there is a comfortable sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining. The flat screen TV is 49'' HD 4K and the picture quality is excellent, it's mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods are maybe available so please ask if in doubt. All locks are electronic and will open from the key fob supplied to you so you don't have to carry awkward keys. The manager of the property is located nearby and is always available for advice or information. Nearby Croydon Town Center has an abundance of restaurants, bars, and the new dining and entertainment concept, BOXPARK. The studio is also centrally located in London and a short walking distance from several major public transportation lines. There is a bus route directly outside the property and East Croydon Station is just a 12 minute walk away. It is a major transport hub for trains buses and trams. East Croydon Station is your gateway to London and the South East, use your Oyster or Travel card for convenient, frequent and speedy travel Directly into Central London. London Victoria in 16 mins and London Bridge in 20 mins. Once in Central London you can access all of London's transport network, Underground, trains, trams and buses and see all that the one of the worlds leading cities has to offer. Direct non stop and frequent 24 hour service to London Gatwick Airport normally in just 14 mins makes travelling to the airport a breeze. The excellent tram system serving Croydon can also take you directly to Wimbledon, home of the famous tennis tournament. It takes just 30 minutes and costs around £4 East Croydon station is situated in zone 5 Both Iain and I are very keen travelers and have experienced all sorts of levels of accommodation in other countries, with that in mind our goal here is to try and provide quality, self contained accommodation with a high level of privacy and independence. Located near the centre of Greenwich, both double rooms, 1 DB and 1 KB. Comfortable, modern and central for looking around vibrant Greenwich to enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops or for seeing the sights of London. DLR to Canary wharf in 8 mins and Westfield Stratford (Olympic Park) 20 mins DLR There is a thames clipper jetty located next to the cutty sark, this river service into the heart of the city provides an interesting alternative to the conventional rail transport. Contact for other price offers and discounts. Will consider as pet friendly The flat is fully stocked with the essentials for your stay so that you can have a home away from home. There are two balconies for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Guests will have the entire flat I am available for guest queries and usually send a text the day after checkin just to say Hi and ensure guests have settled in. Davey or Richard will always meet you at the property for check in and run through and questions that you have. Greenwich has a great village feel with cool restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market, as well as Greenwich Observatory. The flat is approximately five miles from Central London (just a short train, ferry, or DLR ride away). Greenwich Mainline and DLR (URL HIDDEN) 8 mins to London Bridge 13-15 minutes Waterloo East 18-20 Minutes Charing Cross Station (Trafalgar Sq) There is also a Water Ferry directly from Greenwich to the O2 or The Centre. A charming, exquisite place to stay with this cozy, comfortable flat (free static flat with Wi-Fi) with greenery balcony, 3M windows and settings in the apartment. Flat location excellent for after concert at the O2, saves at least an hour as you are queuing to go east whilst 80% are going west on Jubilee Line. Nearest station is Canning Town-Jubilee Line Tube and Docklands Light Railway Station literally a 3-5 minutes’ walk away. London City Airport-3 stops/about 6 minutes away from the DLR.

My place is in Bermondsey, London Bridge, close to Borough, Shad Thames, Greenwich and Central London. You’ll love my place because It has just been completely refurbished to the highest contemporary standard with new solid wood flooring, LED lighting, new plumbing with a beautiful sandstone bathroom with double shower enclosure and underfloor heating through-out. The kitchen contemporary with all integrated items such as oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso and a dishwasher.
