A very comfortable place to stay in Greenspond, well equipped and a front deck to sit and enjoy the view. Appreciate being able to do laundry. Every person we met on the island was friendly and told us a lot of the history of the settlements. Highly recommend the walking trail around the island which is very well maintained and then afternoon tea at Ida’s place.

So glad I found this place! Everything is brand new, in perfect condition, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated! Lots of room and the washer/dryer was a bonus. Snack and drinks we're a welcome surprise. Connie was the perfect host. FYI...you need to go up a few stairs to the apartment and you do hear the tenant next door, but no more than any hotel room. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent location for checking out Kittiwake Coast. Easy drive to tourist spots, hiking trails, beaches. Excellent services in the community. Accommodation had both a standing fan and electric heater to cover all seasons. Most kitchen items for cooking were provided, excellent assortment of shampoos/lotions/soap for guests, shower head was great- good water pressure and coverage. Beautiful, scenic location. Extremely clean and tidy. BBQ wasn't available when we were there (wasn't working) but just ask. Friendly, courteous, prompt communication with hosts.

Such a cozy and warm home! We loved falling asleep to the sound of waves during a stormy night — it was incredibly relaxing. Having our morning coffee by the sea was the perfect start to each day. The house had everything we needed, and the kids were thrilled to finally watch Lilo & Stitch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Upon arriving, we were very happy with the spacious yet greatly appointed home very close to get to the beach and enough room for everybody even with a toddler! When you are there, you must check the pictures over the couch in the front living room. We thought that was very amazing.! We really appreciated how easy to communicate with Becky and we definitely stay again a real gem for making memories. Many thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.
