A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. We are situated on 17 acres of rolling hills with handsome views from the upper pasture along with a stand of 14 walnut trees. Sit a spell on the porch, listen to the trickling brook (a roaring brook when we get significant rain), the sound of birds, the sounds at night and maybe some turkeys will venture through. It is close to many parks for hikiing and biking and lakes for boating and fishing. It has an all wood interior with a screened porch, picnic table , fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!
