Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Greater Skopje

This is the two-storey house where you will have the whole first floor which is more than just spacious. It has three big rooms - a living room with a kitchen, another living room where you can sleep and the third room with a table and chairs which can serve as working space. The floor also has a spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine. The whole space is very clean and fully furnished. You will also have a separate entrance. The area is 100% SAFE. Emran and his family live downstairs and they will help you if you have any questions or need something. Emran is one of the best hosts I've ever met. Very recommended!

Awesome spot on the outskirts of Skopje! This mountain house boasts an amazing view and comfortably accommodates around 10 people. It's equipped with all the essentials for a great stay, including a kitchen, appliances, and cozy outdoor spots for relaxing. It's ideal for outdoor enthusiasts looking to escape the city's pollution without straying too far from the capital. Pets are welcomed (which is a big plus). Our winter stay was magical, complete with plenty of snow. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay - it’s located on a quiet street, walking distance to the city centre and it had beautiful views of the mountains. It was clean, spacious and it had everything that we needed. Tamara responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll be happy to stay here again.

The house is perfect for a peaceful and nature getaway. The pool patio is well designed to enjoy the outdoors in the summer or when it's hot. Host was very kind and responsive to every message. Recommended for a weekend getaway close to Skopje.

The place of Teona is very well and modern furnished with all amenities. Not far from city centre. With private patio. Pets are welcome. Teona and her husband Boris were very kind, caring, helpful and always answered fast. The apartment was clean with everything you need. I highly recommend this place and definitely come back. We needed a place to stay asap since our roads were blocked by heavy snowfall, so we booked Teo's place and he got the place ready in no time. Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. Our two families enjoyed our stay at Villa Kupenica a lot. The host family was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is surrounded by calm farms and vineyards, so it is easy to relax in the yard, chill by the pool or have a barbecue in the evening just listening to birds and crickets. The kitchen and house itself were well equipped, the beds comfy and the wifi connection worked well enough so that we could plan some excursions. The town of Kumanovo is only 15 minutes away by car and we made trips to Skopje and lake Matka, which are also close enough. The villa had plenty of room for our bunch of 4 adults and 3 children and in spite of the very hot summer days, the house fortunately cooled down during the nights even without air-conditioning. We warmly recommend this place for you if you're visiting North-Macedonia. Please note that reaching the place for the first time can be tricky because the street names are not marked, but once you're there it's easy to get situated.
