We had a wonderful week at Maria’s place! The house was perfect – clean, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for us and our two toddlers. Everything we needed was there, and we felt at home from the very beginning. The location was great, and communication with Maria was always friendly and easy. Perfect place, the house is great, everything worked perfectly, the heating, the dishwasher, the fireplace, everything as described. Very good cleanliness, there were sheets and towels for the 9 we were. There were games for the little ones and a place to walk with the dogs. A lovely view of the mountain. I give it a 10.

We stayed 2 nights at this place. We had a spectacular stay in an environment full of natural wealth and in a great place to stay. If you' interested in disconnecting from phones and networks, it is the ideal place. You can do many hiking trails.

We traveled as a family, a married couple and two teenagers, the house of the palm trees met all our expectations, the host was always attentive whenever necessary. The cleanliness is impeccable, the living room and sitting area are very spacious and comfortable. Everything is very well equipped, kitchen with plenty of kitchenware, full bathrooms. Impeccable linens, sheets and towels. Very nice views. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in José's house. It is very nicely decorated and the kitchen offers everything you need to cook. There is also the possibility to sit outside. Right behind the house you can set off on beautiful hikes or explore the area by e-bike. After Bibao, we took the bus and Josè gave us good tips (as well as to buy Rioja). It's a great area to explore the cities of Bilbao, San Sebastian, Pamplona and Victoria-Gasteiz, swim in the Atlantic or hike in the mountains. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We loved the apartment! Beautifully designed with the comforts of home. We could not have asked for better hosts. Fabrizio greeted us upon arrival, helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the apartment, along with super helpful restaurant suggestions. We recommend this lovely home wholeheartedly.

Central location, supermarket on the street with the magnifying glass, the kitchen is quite well equipped. 100% Recommended JON has an extraordinary team that solves everything instantly, very friendly and proactive. He also waited for us despite the mishap we had with the vehicle. 10 out of 10

Great, friendly hosts and a nice apartment! We (2 adults) and our two dogs truly enjoyed our 3 night stay!

This flat is outstanding. Everything was so well designed right down to the blackout shades for the bedrooms. The AC worked perfectly, the washer/dryer worked perfectly, the showers are fabulous with great water pressure and it is very quiet for sleeping. We walked to the old town and the Mercado for lunch. We walked to the Guggenheim and shopped. Many good restaurants and our favorite was right across the street called Txirene. We didn’t use the garage but it is right across the street and so easy to just use the remote to park in the spacious garage. Next time, we will rent a car so we can tour more of the Basque region, but we were very happy having 4 full days to explore Bilbao. Parks are beautiful and nearby. River is lovely and the funicular was really a fun way to spend a couple of hours (we will take a picnic lunch next time).

Great location for the old part of town. Great host. The third bedroom whilst bright and comfortable faced the street below which was very noisy late at night Thursday Friday and Saturday nights. Agape a set menu lunch and dinner menu restaurant ranked as the best menu lunch menu in Spain was just metres up the road. Its reputation for quality and price was deserved. The old town just over the river at the bottom of the street was full of bars and restaurants - lots of choice and good food and wine

The house is in a beautiful setting, a few minutes walk from the town of Otxandio, very well connected by road in any direction. The house is very well furnished, and it is very comfortable for a large group. The rooms were spacious and the garden was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The amenities are of high quality, and every detail seems to have been thought of for the well-being of the guests. Whether you're looking to relax in peace, enjoy the surrounding landscapes or as a starting point to explore the area: the Villa is the perfect place. We would recommend Villa Artegoikoa without hesitation to anyone looking for an authentic and privileged experience in the Spanish Basque Country. It is a magical place, supported by the exceptional hospitality of Gontzal and Txaber.

Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment (and even more!). The site is quiet, facing the hills, 10 minutes from shops, and less than 30 minutes from the center of Bilbao. In addition, Marce is friendly, very welcoming and responsive. Whatever the weather, everything is well planned (outdoor swimming pool, barbecue... but also indoors: large spaces for eating, with a Jacuzzi or corners for games). A great place to have a good time with friends! Thank you Marce!

Great stay with Manu and Sissi who are adorable, responsive and flexible hosts. Very clean and beautifully decorated, the house is bright, spacious and comfortable to live in. Beautiful common and private spaces in a green setting, well equipped kitchen and large enough to prepare meals together without bothering each other. Very comfortable bedding and sofas in the living room with a lovely view of the garden. In the basement, sports & leisure equipment (ping pong, foosball, darts) for fun with the family. Large operational barbecue on the terrace for the tasty sardine grills of Mercado de la Ribera de Bilbao. Interesting area for city walks, cultural visits (Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and Peace Museum in Guernica not to be missed), swimming and hiking with spectacular viewpoints. Nearby supplies (Carrefour, Lidl 15mins drive) and delicious local pintxos! In short, a score without a downside. We recommend!!!

Absolutely gorgeous place! We stayed in the house in Barrika for 5 days and it was such a great experience. Totally amazing house, wonderful host, and a super nice large pool. We were already thinking about booking it again next year - after the first day. We were 2 adults, 1 teenager and a 6-year old - and we had lots of extra space in the house. The garage is also really convenient with its entrance to the house both via the garden and directly via stairs. It was surprisingly fast to get to and from Bilbao city, too - and the airport was a very short drive. We already miss the views from the balconies, the pool and the beautiful house. Can't recommend this place enough.
