Townhome vacation rentals in Great Smoky Mountains

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

Very pleasant and clean. Nice decor without being cluttered. Nice kitchen. Great view. We were here in December and there was even a Christmas Tree.

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Aida was wonderfully helpful. We stayed over Christmas and liked it so much that we are now renting for close to a year while building our home. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable with every amenity you can think of. We are grateful to have found such a lovely place with such wonderful landlords. Karen and Bill

Aida has gone above and beyond to offer a clean and very comfortable place, full with thoughtful items, extremely comfortable bed in master, plenty of room and welll lit. We were visiting family and truly appreciated having such a beautiful and welcoming place to retreat to! I was new to airbnb and Aida was very quick to respond to assist me!

Beautiful and comfortable place, perfectly decorated. The location is wonderful, close to many restaurants and the downtown area, walkable and easily accessible. Jessica and her team are excellent hosts, always attentive and willing to meet any needs. Highly recommended — we would love to come back.

This was a wonderful getaway! My boys and I really enjoyed this townhome and the location. Also if we had forgotten anything it was there on site, they had everything for us there. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend!

Good location, close to restaurants and skiing, but very quiet. Good space inside, with big tvs in every room, board games, Foosball, washer, dryer, full kitchen. Small area out back with seating, but it's a little boxed in. Good spot for a future jacuzzi, perhaps :). Host was very responsive and check in was easy. Just a simple code that activates at rental time provided on the day.

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip!!! We really enjoyed our stay and Monte was a great host!

Holly and the property management team were the most responsive hosts I have ever rented from. I had a couple of questions throughout the stay and they were very quick to answer and always polite. We would absolutely rent their home again!

Excellent location within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! The condo was nicely decorated for the season, which my family appreciated.

We have stayed at lots of Airbnb’s and this is one of my favorites! The place is spotless, everything seems brand new, and beautiful higher end decor. The place had lots of little extras like fancy White Barn soap, snacks and drinks, even sore muscle bath tub soak! The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet, which is the main reason we stay in Airbnb‘s and even the neighbors were friendly! Hosts would always respond right away with any questions and very friendly! We will definitely book again if we are in town!

After booking a different Airbnb and finding mouse droppings everywhere, with a toddler and a baby we were in a crunch to find somewhere more suitable to stay, since we had our pup with us and had driven two hours to get there it wasn't easy. Thankfully Kim's place was available and met our needs so we booked right away, our request was approved within minutes and we were on our way to tuck our kids into sleep after a long day quickly. This is a great place to stay, so close to Dollywood. They provide TONS of linens and cleaning supplies, you will need for nothing at Kim's place! Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful condo close to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg!

Great place to stay, very close to downtown gatlinburg. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had an awesome time enjoying the cool mountain air after picking up our girls from camp. It was an excellent location for a day trip to Asheville, and another day spent enjoying the quaint town of Sylva and swimming in the pool. Beautiful walks in nature along the natural paths. We loved it!

Absolutely beautiful place. Checked right in and felt at home. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was easy to get around and very clean and looked amazing. BBQ was great and the hottub was great also. Would definitely recommend staying here as its very affordable for what you get. Hosts were super friendly in messages also!

Absolutely wonderful! Great location, amenities, and has everything you need. The decor is gorgeous, very comfortable home, and comfortable. It has a fire pit, grill, hot tub, and is in a nice and safe neighborhood. We will stay here every time we come to the smokies from now on!!! Highly recommend!

Cozy, clean & communicative! The hosts were welcoming before I set foot in the door. I had no difficulties following their instructions for check in & appreciated the private space for my car. When I entered the townhome I noticed the cleanliness and the decor - which was amazing. There wasn't a thing I could suggest that would add to the space. I was comfortable in each area, especially the screened in deck space. A highlight was listening to the babbling of Baskins Creek & enjoying the scenery. Although there was traffic it wasn't overly noisy. Another highlight was the convenience of walking into the downtown area & The Village which is my favorite spot! The pool was an added perk :) I would definitely stay there again & do recommend the townhome to others.
