A very private and convenient location. 10 minutes drive to downtown, walking distance to grocery store (Trevor's Independent Grocer) shopping areas, restaurants like McDonald's, Tim Horton, Cooper House, Monkey Tree, Fat Burger, etc. Also 10 mins walk to Hospital and just across the Fire Hall.
