Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Great Bay Beach

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

Staying at this property was hands down my best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The home is absolutely stunning beautifully designed with a spacious, airy layout that made it feel like a private retreat. Everything was spotless and well-appointed, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was a dream perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. The location strikes the perfect balance: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive away from vibrant beaches, local dining, and island nightlife. I felt tucked away in a serene pocket of St. Martin, but never too far from the action. And the host? Truly exceptional. Incredibly responsive, warm, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From local recommendations to quick replies, they made me feel completely at home. Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location with a beautiful view! Great restaurants are within a five minute walk. Orient beach is a few steps away. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. They cleaned every other day, and we always had fresh towels waiting. The location was so convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Gorgeous place on the small hill looking over Orient Beach. The views were simply awesome! The property was exactly as pictured. I cant stress the privacy and location. Perfect for our family. The hosts recommendations were excellent and the WAI beach club provided a very reasonable chairs and umbrellas with food and drink service. We will return someday!
