Vacation rentals with a balcony in Gravedona ed Uniti

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations – modern, clean and superbly equipped. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely book again if we are in Ascona!

Overall, the place was great. I was in town for a conference at the Lugano conference center and the location was very convenient for walking. The view of the lake from the place was beautiful. It was on a fairly busy street and I expected it to be loud at night but it was very quiet. There was air conditioning but the warmest rooms in the place were the bedrooms which made sleeping a bit hot even with it on max cool. There is a washer in unit but must hang clothes to dry. Not an issue but need to know for timing. There was a grocery store right out the door which was convenient but closed earlier than we thought. Very good breakfast place right by the grocery store. Parking was very convenient. Check in assistant was friendly and very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at this Silvestro’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was super easy and smooth, which made arriving stress-free. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay with a fantastic view Everything was exactly as described – the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The hosts on site were extremely friendly and helpful. Arriving by car leads to a rather steep climb, but with the detailed directions of the landlord, the accommodation was easy to find – a real plus! The terrace has stunning views of Lake Como – a real highlight of our stay. In the immediate vicinity is a small waterfall. It did not bother us, on the contrary – we found it very idyllic. However, if you are looking for absolute peace, you should perhaps keep this in mind. In just about 5 minutes you can be in the village by car, where there are shops such as Penny and Iperal – very convenient. For us, it was an all-round successful vacation. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back! All the best! Tim

Lovely place, the host very kind and friendly, offering many recommendations including things to do with kids. The place is near a supermarket and restaurants, near the park and places to visit during your stay. I definitely recommend it.

This was the perfect location for a first visit to Milan. Very central, near restaurants and public transit, and very walkable. Washing machine and dishwasher a big plus. Neighborhood not too quiet nor too noisy, felt perfectly safe walking around alone at night. Would stay again!

The stay at Antonio's apartment was super nice! The apartment was cozy (just like the photos) and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed our own terrace, which is very well equipped (tables, chairs and sun loungers) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Como. Communication with Antonio in advance and during the stay was excellent. It is particularly noteworthy that unfortunately during our vacation in Gravedona we had problems with our car and Antonio and his whole family were very happy to help us with advice and action. The whole family took great care of us and helped us. That was not a matter of course and we are very grateful! We would recommend a vacation in beautiful Gravedona at Antonio's to anyone!

Wonderful location if you like quiet. Splendid lake view, perfect with the terrace and small garden, no vis-à-vis, the village downstairs is not invaded by tourists. We'll be back

A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, you're in the right place. The view of the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

I had a fantastic stay at Giuseppe’s apartment in Milan. The location was absolutely perfect — the metro station is just 50 meters from the building, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The apartment is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The flat itself is beautifully designed, with a great sense of style and a striking color combination. Everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — it truly felt like a five-star experience. Giuseppe is a wonderful host with excellent communication. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan!

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

If you are looking for a great room right in a perfect location, Helena’s place is for you. Her apartment is in perfect walking distance to all of Milan’s major attractions, is a short walk to the subway station and only a few stops from the main train station, and most importantly is in a great and lively neighborhood packed with friendly people. It’s so close to sempione park I did my morning run through there, and it was only a brief walk to the duomo, and all of the main museums. Helena is amazing, she is friendly and super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and all of the kindness of an Italian mother. You get your own space, with its own bathroom and privacy, and Helena makes you feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be coming back to Milan to see her again.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Most importantly, it was very clean. We were with a child, so it was very important for us. Location - a little far from the metro In general, everything was fine. There were all the necessary utensils 👍🏻

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to public transportation, great restaurants, and within walking distance of some of the city’s main attractions. We had a wonderful stay at Susanna’s place in Milan! The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very well-managed. Susanna was an outstanding host, she was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our flight to Milan was delayed, and we ended up arriving very late at night. Despite the late hour, Susanna and her son ensured we checked in smoothly and reached safely. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan.
