very nice and sweet people, where you feel immediately welcome! Fun with the cows and the chickens and the ski resort is very close. You can see the lake from your apartment and the village and amenities are also a 2-minute walk away.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Brand new, super modern apartment on the ground floor. Everything you need is available. The apartment has a private sauna and is centrally located in the valley. Wallbox for E car available. 500m to the valley station, 200 m to the nearest restaurant. With the included map of the Ultental, you can take the bus for free, use the cable car and much more. Very nice and warm owners. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely week. Gabi is an excellent host and the apartment is amazing- the best we have ever visited. The photos don't do it justice. The town is a short walk away, with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Recommend hiring a boat late in the afternoon and the local water sports are very convenient. Overall, hugely recommended!

Peter welcomed us in a very friendly way. He was always easily reachable for questions and helped. The fresh eggs and the beekeeper honey, as well as the cheese factory, are also mentioned at this point - highly recommended. The location of the apartment is very quiet, the adjacent street is not very busy. All in all a great choice and clear recommendation.

Emanuel is the most expert host, polite, accommodating and goes above and beyond. The apartment itself is premium and extremely high-end and luxe. Every single fitting & fixture is of quality craftsmanship. A real oasis to come back to after skiing and visiting the surrounding area. Jolanda was a great hostess! She picked us up from the train station and drove us back. She also had tips for the area and was always easily accessible. The accommodation is a dream, it really has EVERYTHING. The view is wonderful, it was tastefully decorated and sparkling clean. We will be happy to come back!

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back
