Vacation rentals with beach access in Grau i Platja

Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is a two-minute walk from the beach and has parking just below. The only thing I miss is a toaster toasting breakfast bread, but we managed using the oven

We arrived during an emergency (there was no electricity but no phone service in all of Spain). We found this place in a magical way and also in a magical way we were handed the keys. Helped Rodwy's directions on which roads to take. Location in a great location. We are very happy because the vacation was great.

Great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is perfectly located. On the one hand, you can walk to the sea right in a swimming suit without outerwear. On the other hand, there is a Supermarket just steps away, which is open until late at night. The apartment has a good layout and high-quality renovation. Giant pluses are the presence of a dishwasher and air conditioners in each room, as well as a large terrace. No unnecessary or unnecessary things at all. Carlos is a very helpful and communicative host who is really eager to help you. When booking, I was confused by the first floor: but there is no excessive noise. Overall the interior looks even better than it appears in the photos. For objectivity, you need to come up with some disadvantages. There are no objective disadvantages. But personally I can't get used to long pillows or the tradition of sleeping without a blanket. But you can write about any apartment)) I was a little lacking in some details: cutting boards, ice molds and beautiful glasses))

This was without a doubt the BEST place we’ve ever stayed. It was spotlessly clean and resourced with everything we needed. She had thought of everything!! From before our stay Diana was proactive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. We travelled with our 3 young children and having a cot and high chair available made our travelling so much easier. The beach towels, chairs and toys were a huge hit with my children. Check in was so easy. The gardens and pool are just gorgeous. Extremely family friendly, peaceful, SECURE and clearly very well looked after. The beach is 100m away. The cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops were less than a 5 minute walk along the beach. The beach itself was stunning. The views from the HUGE balcony are stunning- beautiful sunrises and amazing evenings. We are going to be returning to Diana’s apartment every year. The secure car parking space and lifts were a bonus! We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so easy and enjoyable.

We had a few fabulous days and immediately felt at home. Shopping is quickly accessible (by car) and there are even some restaurants within walking distance. An absolute highlight in addition to the view is the beautiful sandy beach, which can be reached on foot within 2 minutes via a wooden path. It goes flat into the water - perfect with small children. We will be happy to come back! :-)

The apartment is close to the beach and has everything you need. Even chairs and an umbrella for the beach. My parents are very happy with their stay.

Very good service from Mireia, she is charming, she was always attentive to our stay. On the other hand, the apartment is beautiful, the photos show it as it is in person, perfect cleanliness and organization. I would book with Mireia again, see you next year.🤓

Antonio's house is really beautiful. What we liked incredibly well is the very good equipment of garden furniture! There was a place to sit everywhere and if it's too hot downstairs, you can go to the roof terrace where there's always a breeze from the sea. Furthermore, the basic equipment was more than available. e.g. kitchen appliances and spices, enough towels, various cleaning products, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the cleaning of the toilet and the dishes were partly not quite clean but that can happen and since we do not make a big problem out of it, that was also settled in no time. We will certainly recommend it and will be happy to come back!!!!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just a half hour drive from Valencia. The villa is in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What immediately stands out is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both indoors and outdoors. Especially the spacious terrace invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private pool, which our kids really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is well worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we felt right at home and close to Valencia!

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

The ratings speak for themselves. Our stay in Javi's apartment couldn't have been better, as described. A very quiet area. The whole apartment is impeccable, with EVERYTHING you need. Also, I'd like to highlight Javi's service, which was 10/10. Everything was very well explained and he was attentive to make sure we were well taken care of. He recommended many leisure areas and restaurants around, and gave us very clear directions to get to and enter the apartment. Hopefully we can repeat, thank you so much for everything.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. The apartment is in a great area near the beach and the port, with many dining options. We went during a low tourist season, so it wasn't difficult to park, but in high season everything may be very crowded. Total continuous contact with Jose Luis for any aspect and signing of the contract showing total legality. The apartment is old but with everything you need for a family. These are vacation areas where prices are getting much more expensive.

We had a very good time at the apartment. We are very satisfied and would love to come back.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.
