This characterful duplex room (54 m2) is totally independent, with its own swimming pool and private terraces (east and west). The kitchenette upstairs includes a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle, as well as small crockery and cutlery - a real plus for a bed and breakfast.

The entrance to the accommodation is independent access from the back of the house.

It is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It is the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region.

Notre petite grange se compose d'une grande pièce à vivre de 30m² avec cuisine, coin salle à manger, coin salon (avec son canapé lit), coin nuit (avec son lit en 160) et d'une salle d'eau avec wc. Vous aurez une terrasse et un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
