It is at the gates of the Baie de Somme, 10 minutes from Saint Valéry sur Somme, 15 minutes from Le Crotoy and 2 minutes from Abbeville that "the cottages of the reserve" will be happy to welcome you to Petit Lavier 80132. In a quiet setting, a few meters from the ornithological reserve. Communal petanque court and bike path along the Canal de la Somme a stone's throw from the cottages. You can also enjoy a restaurant on site, the village hosts a restaurant (grocery store) .

Our house is located in the heart of the city of Saint Valery Sur Somme in the Courtgain district, a former fishing district. It enjoys stunning bay views from every room. This is a real fisherman's house, with a half-timbered facade and a typical staircase. It is quite narrow and we advise people with reduced mobility and young children not to choose this accommodation but do not hesitate to opt for our other cottage located on Rue Basse des Remparts.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
