Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Grand Forks

Great place for my family to stay whilst in town, comfortable home, and Wendy was a great host, going above and behind to make sure our stay was pleasant . Clean, comfortable and great location.

We had a delightful time. We loved that the listing is a pet friendly home. It made our trip a lot more relaxing than a hotel. Home is as described in the description : upper floor only. Front parking is on the street and then parking in the back is off an alley. Shorter fenced yard but doable for pets to be watched while using. Host is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We would rent again if in the area.

Great house in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! We enjoyed the deck in the backyard and the kids enjoyed the arcade games in the basement. The air conditioner worked great in all the rooms with the exception of the rooms with the bunk beds. We just left the door open and used the provided box fan and it helped. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed with a very large dining room table that all of us could gather at. We had a great stay with 5 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

I wish I had known about this place for past four years. Beautiful, pristine, and relaxing for our long graduation weekend. We are a family of 5 with everyone above 16 so hotels are a nightmare, but this house was perfect to sleep us all with privacy. Her kitchen made it easy to make meals. She was even able to switch us from the AC the day we arrived to the heat the following day. I will definitely be booking again for anytime we need to stay in Grand Forks.

Kim’s house was a perfect option for our family! We were in town from many places to celebrate a family graduation and couldn’t have found a better spot to accommodate our group and 2 dogs. The house has everything you could need or want from bathroom necessities to comfortable extras and leisure items. The exterior is deceiving as the house looks quaint but is SO spacious inside. Tons of room to spread out- we particularly loved the multiple living and conversation areas where we could hang out. We only stayed 1 night but could happily stay for longer and I suspect we will next time we are in Grand Forks.

Amanda was an awesome host and was always on top of things. We had a family reunion at The Modern Farmhouse and everyone one very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and overall experience. There were a lot of attendees that came from Warren, Argyle, and Fergus Falls and they were equally impressed. I would definitely use Amanda and Tge Modern Farmhouse if the opportunity arises.
