The house is simply decorated with bright materials. 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom, air-conditioned living room, equipped kitchen. Access to the beach is direct by the gate . We are close to the center of the Hermitage, the center of St Gilles and the port of St Gilles. The gate is automated, parking. Pool: not small depth. For careful tenants. The villa has just been classified 5 stars GDF

Idéale pour l'apéro les uns dans l'eau les autres dans le confortable canapé. Piscine et douche extérieure dans un écrin de verdure. Portail électrique, parking pour 2 voitures. Idéalement située (à 2 pas du centre) que ce soit pour la plage comme pour les sorties nocturnes. Une pause des plus relaxante.
