Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

Stellar home and host! My wife and I struggled with the code to unlock the door as we arrived incredibly late at night, and the host picked up the phone immediately and got us in without any stress at all! Pros: One of the cleanest rentals I've ever been in, and I cross country travel constantly. I really can't express how immaculate it was. Incredibly responsive and compassionate host. Stellar surroundings and location, super central to town. Stocked with essentials, really impressive how they even have little boxes with supplies. Unscented sheets and towels, what an incredible bonus for those of us with sensitivities! Killer deal. 3 bedrooms, fairly comfortable beds, and all of the other amenities make this a stellar deal. Will recommend to friends, and stay again countless times as we visit Moab! Cons: Literally the only negative, the neighboring units are a bit packed on top of each other. Not much privacy, but beyond worth it in every other aspect. 10/10 Would Rent

Sally's house was lovely, very well appointed and equipped. Very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was located in a very quiet street. We did feel the photos were a bit misleading with the kitchen/living room space, a lot smaller than what we were expecting, and the upstairs bathroom is a jack and jill so not ideal for sharing with another couple. The second bathroom is downstairs so was a bit of a trek in the night.

We loved this house! Extremely clean, very comfortable beds and a nice pool for the kids that was very close. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The entire home was modern and updated and had plenty of essentials. It was peaceful sitting on the back porch too. We would definitely return in the future!

Great place. Just like the photos. So clean and well-organized. Lots of little extras. Loved the large washer and dryer, welcome book with local recommendations, plenty of towels, comfy beds. The resort pool was great. Kids loved the bunk room. Great location for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. We travel often and stay at rentals frequently, and this one is top notch. Highly recommend. Wish we were able to stay longer and would definitely book again.

Great place! We will be staying here the next time we come to Moab. It’s 2 short blocks from shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and neat. Our grown daughter slept on the pullout couch and said it was comfortable. The place was very spacious.

Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Traveled as a family of six and had ample space. Beds were comfortable including the roll-away bed we utilized. The drives to Arches (10 min) & Caynonlands (20 min) were easy and scenic. Walked to dinner. The pool area was relaxing after hiking and wasn’t too crowded for us over a holiday weekend. Scott & Sarah were responsive and helpful hosts, offering us local food recommendations. Thanks for playing a part in a special family trip.

Tamara’s place was PERFECT for our stay: quiet, comfortable, and well-situated. All was at least as good as advertised. Above-average assortment of condiments/pantry contents. Everything was spotless and easy to use. We visited Arches, Dead Horse Point, Goblin Valley, and various sights in the San Rafael Swell; all were beautiful and well worth seeing. An unexpected benefit of Tamara’s place: during our quiet evening walks, we saw a variety of wildlife. We would absolutely stay here again, quite happily.
