Great town home and location. Very responsive hosts. Would happily choose again next time we return.

My family spent the week of Christmas as this beautiful home! Alyssa went out of her way to ensure the house had adorable Christmas decorations, to include Christmas coffee mugs! The home was clean, with cozy throw blankets and kitchen fully stocked for us to prepare a huge Christmas dinner. This home is in the perfect location, from snowmobiling, skiing to the natural hot springs! We spent a full day at the house and the views and cozy wood stove were the perfect way to spend an unforgettable snowy Christmas!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The space was clean and organized and the views were gorgeous.

We loved this condo and definitely want to come back! It was super easy to find, unload everything and get organized. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked - perfect for cooking dinner a couple nights! We were able to easily walk to dinner for the other nights. Highly recommend!

We have historically stayed in the resort. Decided to try something in town and Hideaway was a great location. We had one car for the family. But the bus was super convenient from this location and allowed us to arrive at the mountain as a family at different times.

We had the most wonderful time at this incredible home in Fraser! The house was spotless, the decor was on point, and the hosts were communicative and provided tons of great info. We will definitely return!

Absolutely magical place! Great location, and had everything we needed for our trip. The girls loved the bunk beds and playing at the private beach, and much relaxation was had on the front porch. Wendy was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here during the winter. We could only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. We did a little snow shoeing that is close to the ranch. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy some of the games at the main lodge, but great additional amenities. If you’re looking for a more quiet get away this is the place. In the winter AWD/4WD is helpful when driving to the ranch and back if there is heavy snow. The staff were amazing at plowing and shoveling common areas and our cabin. The views were absolutely phenomenal and it was very homey. 10/10 would come again.

Loved our stay! Such a peaceful place right on the water. Really enjoyed the fire pit, and sound of the river each night. Very friendly people in the area and the house was great!!!

my wife and I had our anniversary celebration here on this trip to grand lake. lemmon lodge was an amazing stay for us. we love to fish so we went out as often as we could. it rained a lot but we are from Albuquerque NM. so we enjoyed the rain. we caught lots of rainbow trout so we were happy. the walk around town and all the restaurants were great. we really liked Sagebrush restaurant! we recommend that to any one going to Grand lake! the cabin was about 30 steps to the river and about 60 steps to the lake. easy check in to the cabin! we really enjoyed everything about this Airbnb!!! frank and nicole

Our stay was fantastic! Can’t beat the location, price, and privacy tucked away in Grand Lake. Walking distance from shopping and water sport rentals. Not far from Rocky Mountain National Park either! The cabin itself is the perfect cozy log cabin feel, with amenities like parking, hot water for showering, a stove, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. If you like to grill, there’s a spot for that outside. There is also a fire pit and sitting area outside, with a covered porch on each cabin. We will for sure be back, amazing find!

Great place, walkable to trails and lake. Everything is there to cook with. In the middle of the neighborhood but still private. Had good conversations with the hosts. Appreciated all the info regarded the area. Thank you both! James

It was an absolute treasure to stay at the Tonahutu cabin of Three Lakes Properties! The cabin was small and quaint. Perfect for a short stay! The location was even better than I anticipated. It was easily within walking distance of so many wonderful activities! Including the marina, the public beach, restaurants, boutiques, and a museum. It was so clean, I would not be surprised if we were the very first to use the pristine sheets. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was clean. Communication from Three Lakes was thoughtful and anticipated any questions we might have before we could ask! I would love love love to stay with Three Lakes Properties again! Whether in Tonahutu with my husband again, or a larger of the 4 properties with my children. Thank you!

I highly recommend this host and property! the kids loved it, being pet friendly was awesome, nice yard to sit by a fire at night and awesome experience with a beautiful location! Will very likely book again for our next trip to Grand lake!
