Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.

A nice holiday home in a wooded area. The entire house is at your disposal. The photos speak for themselves. The cottage is located on a private bungalow park, where many homes are occupied for private use. There are also cottages like this that are rented out. It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shopping in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.

Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.
