An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. 15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.
