After a long day, sit around the fire pit and enjoy s’mores! Want to enjoy Gatlinburg but not stay right in the middle of it. We are an hour from there! Enjoy the best of both worlds.

Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Cozy cabin with four bedrooms and two full baths with large kitchen and great room to enjoy Christmas with loved ones. When the weather is cooler, you can sit inside and see the lake views through the bay window, or sit outside by the fire pit. There is plenty of parking and space to bring your boat. Tiny Floating Cabin on Norris Lake!

Reconnect with nature and adventure at this unique escape literally floating on beautiful Norris lake. You must have your own vessel to access this space. Boat, PWC,kayak/canoe/paddle board. Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

Our lakefront home "Ole Charleston" sits in a quiet cove with year-round water and a private boat dock. Convenient location just 1 mile off Maynardville Highway down Hickory Valley Road. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Bubba Brews Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

The house has everything you need to enjoy your solitude near beautiful Norris Lake: mountain and lake views, gas stone-fireplaces, Amish rocking chairs on wrap around porch, leather couch and granite countertops, comfortable loft and peaceful scenery. Hand-hewn timbers are the structural bones of this luxurious cabin. Providing a sense of safety and security.

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas. Hosts live in main house, but you likely won’t see them.

Beautiful home located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake in the Dodson Creek Cove! This property has a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with several steps. No more than 5 cars allowed due to limited parking and the steep driveway.
