Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hilltop hideaway. As soon as you step in the door the cheerful living room invites you to sit back and relax. The main level of the house is the primary living space with the open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourages to relax and socialize together. The fully fenced backyard is an excellent space for children and pets to run and play, the cozy fire pit nestled into the woods is situated with a great view of the entire yard.

The welcoming entrance features a well-maintained pathway leading to the front door. Bright pink azaleas are planted along the front, complemented by manicured grass and a concrete porch area. Two white steps provide access to the door, framed by black shutters on either side.

You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.
