During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

From Grafing Bahnhof you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof in 13 minutes and central station in 24 minutes by regional train. Train connections to Rosenheim and Salzburg are also available. Wasserburg, with its beautiful old town, is 30 minutes away and Bad Aibling with its thermal baths is 26 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful cycle paths in the area. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
