Wasserburg, with its beautiful old town, is 30 minutes away and Bad Aibling with its thermal baths is 26 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful cycle paths in the area. Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!
