Luxury 2BR| 4 Beds | Mins from NYC | Rooftop View

RachellRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Probably the best experience i’ve had with renting an air bnb. Marcell was patient, kind, and an attentive host. The location was perfect- walking distance from small grocery marts, coffee shops, and the metro to get to NYC. I was in town for a concert & it was a quick uber ride to Metlife stadium, even in rainy and high traffic time. Check-in instructions were organized well, clear, direct. Safety concern: Host owns more than one unit in building & upon arrival I went to the wrong unit. I was able to access it with the provided instructions & quickly realized i was on the wrong place after being met with someone else’s belongings. Multiple units having the same code to access the door’s key fobs is extremely concerning, especially if these codes aren’t being changed after each guest. This was addressed with the Host & my concerns were heard and taken seriously. I was assured it would be addressed and resolved.

Modern Greenpoint Guesthouse

Had a great experience staying at Jakir’s place. Apartment was beautiful and spotless. Franklin street is filled with restaurants and bars. Remember to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, could not have asked for a better stay. Will recommend this place to visiting friends!

*New*Prime Location Mins to NYC!

JanetRating, 5 stars2 days ago
When the first part of our group arrived the place was not cleaned due to a miscommunication with the cleaner, but Jou was reaponsive and the place was cleaned thoroughly. The space is large and comfortable. On Friday nights and weekends there is more noise, but otherwise very quiet and safe. There is one bathroom and surprisingly we were able to manage with a group of 8. Most of the day we were out in NYC because the PATH train station is walking distance away (easy enough for six year old legs so you can do it). I would recommend this home to families.

Entire Lower part of artists rustic duplex 2rooms

MikeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Risha’s place was great for our long weekend in Brooklyn visiting family. Risha and Josef were very friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a cozy space with the only sitting area being at the kitchen table, but that was fine as we came to NY to explore. The bed is comfy, and the view of the back courtyard is pleasant. Bathing in the clawfoot tub in the kitchen, rather than a typical shower made for a unique experience. Red Hook is an interesting neighborhood with a number of restaurants and breweries and easy access to Manhattan via the ferry. The Food Bazaar store is an easy walk if you need groceries and they have everything!

Super Convenient Park Slope Room (subway - 2 min.)

LeeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I feel so lucky to find Andrew/Adriana’s for my stay in Brooklyn! Hosts are very responsive and I really loved the room. It is spacious, cozy and even more well decorated than pictures. Many things that guests (might) need are there and you’d notice right away how experienced and considerate the hosts are! Adriana is so knowledgeable about the neighborhood and I wish I had more time to explore options in the guidebook. It is not right next to tourist places but I loved the chance to look around the neighborhood and there are a lot of good places in walkable distance. And if you are using public transportation, it is so close from station and easy to find! If you have too many late night schedules, then it might not be the best place as the neighborhood is pretty quite but for that reason it was the best place to take quiet rest when you come back from schedule. Highly recommend for those looking for cozy space in this area! Thanks so much Adriana/Andrew:)

Gorgeous space near Hells Kitchen and Midtown West

StephRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The apartment is better in person than the photos. Gorgeous panoramic views of the city. Very comfortable primary bedroom and an old-school pull out in the living room (where my son slept). The apartment was quiet and very clean. Steven was very good at communicating and got back to me right away with any concerns. The apartment is located in Midtown and the area felt safe. I highly recommend Steven’s apartment, especially if you are looking for a room with a view and an excellent host.

Exclusive Penthouse Loft w Balcony + Insane View

AndrewRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The Blue Moon was a real treat, an architectural gem with deep local family roots. It was named one of National Geographic Traveler’s “150 Hotels in the Western Hemisphere to Check Into” and featured in Rizzoli’s Best 100 Little Hotels. The team made our stay even better with their warm hospitality and seamless transportation to and from the airport. Bram, the owner, was the highlight. He’s not just running a hotel, he’s preserving a piece of New York history. Bram personally restored the building, blending original details with his own artistic vision. His artwork lines the walls, and his stories, about the neighborhood, the building, and his family, bring the place to life. You can tell he’s poured his soul into every corner of the Blue Moon. The hotel offers great views and a prime location, just steps from SoHo, Chinatown, and downtown. If you get the chance to stay at the Blue Moon, don’t pass it up.

Fidel’s place was fantastic! He was a wonderful host, going above and beyond by treating our family to breakfast one morning and even surprising us with some goodies. The property itself is lovely, with a peaceful atmosphere and a great BBQ area, which we really enjoyed using. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

Amazing location, easily walkable to so many restaurants and right next to Lincoln Park. Perfect amount of space that has everything you would need. The active birdbath in the backyard was a nice touch for a city stay. Samantha was very helpful in allowing us to park in driveway.

Modern sunny Apt steps from Prospect Park & subway

CelesteRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow! This was our favorite stay in Brooklyn ever. Yang and Su went above and beyond — they were flexible with check in and the place had incredible amenities. They thought of everything — from games, beverages and snacks to house slippers and phone chargers. We gel right at home and didn’t want to leave. We both felt relaxed and peaceful as well as right in the midst of everything in Park Slope, close to Prospect Park and subway. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in BK!

unique artist's apartment in Manhattan

MelissaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Absolutely beautiful apartment, on entry the apartment smelt beautiful, with fresh Lilies in the main living room area and in one of the bedrooms. Spotless apartment and exactly like the photos, great attention to detail and eco friendly! great neighborhood suggestions and so very responsive to any questions, very quiet building and quiet apartment in general. Dominik also reached out a week before us arriving which was very thoughtful! would definitely recommend and go back and stay! we both had lived in NY many years ago so it was lovely to be in a familiar neighborhood and see how things had changed.

Adorable Row House Garden-level Apartment

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place!! Stayed 5 nights with my adult daughter as she was starting a summer job nearby. The apartment fully matched the description, was clean & comfortable, & the main room was more spacious than expected. From start to finish, Andrea provided such helpful details about everything, and was friendly and responsive. It was so great that things like coffee filters, sugar, dish soap, canola oil, paper towels etc. were already provided to make settling in so much easier! Neighborhood felt safe & walkable: we walked to a great dinner at Thai Plates & to pick up groceries. Also cooked several meals during our stay with the nice gas stovetop & oven. Parking the car wasn't super-difficult, either: the farthest we had to go was about 2 blocks away to park overnight. We did not go into NYC from here, but agree it would be a good base for this. Do not hesitate to stay here!

NY King Studio retreat w Jacuzzi

AdamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Ultra modern by Riverside

JeanetteRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Sun Drenched Penthouse with Million Dollar Views

GerhardRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
