We really felt at home and the location on the canal was superb! looking forward to future stays!

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

We had a great stay! The location couldn’t be better — walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, and bars downtown. The apartment was easy to find and came with a parking spot right next to it, and it was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Paul and Monica were wonderful hosts: responsible, kind and helpful. I’d recommend their place in a heartbeat! It was so comfy, from the shower to the bed and pillows. We also really appreciated the fruit and beverages! Thanks so much!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

Melissa was great. You can easily sleep 5. Walking distance to great seafood restaurant (1 block). Walking distance to casual restaurant/bar. (2 blocks). Parking was not an issue. If you like boats, Bristol Harbor is steps from the house. Great experience!!!

Stephenie and Chase have really made something special with their cottage in Sandwich! It’s beautiful, peaceful, and functional. It exceeded our expectations! The home is full of beauty, character and well cared for details, and the grounds are stunning and serene. We LOVED all of it!! The layout of the home worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. There were plenty of rooms and spaces for all of our activities, and the kitchen was not only gorgeous, but also large enough for all of our baby bottle prep, food prep, etc. Communication was outstanding! From the moment we booked to the last day we were well cared for. The pre-stay welcome guide and messages (full of tips) helped us to prepare for the trip, and we referred to the guide throughout the stay. We had such a wonderful stay at Sunset Cottage. Meg was extremely responsive and helpful in giving us ideas/things to do during our stay and was flexible with check in/check out times, which helped us out a ton as a family with an infant and 2 pups. The house was pristine and you cannot beat the location. We also loved that we could bring our dogs so they could enjoy some time by the water. We had a fabulous trip and would definitely return!

Very nice airbnb! We enjoyed our time here for my bachelorette trip. The beds are absolutely amazing- the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place is so clean and has so many things to keep you entertained. The back yard is so cute! Would loveeee if there was a hot tub! Only thing to be mindful of is the neighbors- even though hours say quiet hours are 11 PM- 7 AM, definitely plan to be quiet earlier. The neighbors were peaking through the fence and messaged the host wayyyy later on the next day that we were being “too loud” when we were being mindful of our noise level. The host is super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place was great, an easy drive to all the hotspots and a quiet neighborhood vibe.

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. We really enjoyed staying at this home! We used the kayaks and the guys enjoyed fishing off the dock! The hot tub and outside shower are a great feature that was used each evening. The owner was very responsive and had video instructions for using everything. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Zack was an extremely friendly and responsive host. The house is really lovely, very clean, with a lot of high end furnishings! The yard is peaceful and stunning! The house is minutes from a ton of local shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants! The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I especially enjoyed having my breakfast on the back porch listening to the birds in the morning. Rhode Island is really charming! We definitely plan on coming back!

We loved our stay. The cottage was adorable, clean, and had everything needed. The outside yard and waterfront was precious. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and will absolutely stay again!

Keith’s place was perfect for our quick stay on the Cape! It was right across the street from kayak rentals and had many different places to eat a short distance away. They offered some great recommendations in the guide book, which we went to as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!
