The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with great attention to detail. On the 1st floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. We are a friendly family and rent here our 60sqm apartment for max.4 persons. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! Local tourist tax is also payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In the beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent cycling trails and mountain bike trails. For bikers Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz!

One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Own lockable cellar (2 sledges, for bike, ski) if needed. Close to all sights, hikes, swim (Herzb. Teich). Near to Wernigerode, Quedlinburg, Thale.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our cottage completed in spring 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/ Westerode surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz mountains. The transport links are very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for a third person, a dining area and a kitchenette with fridge and two-burner stove. In the bedroom is a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed. A shower room is available. Our farm is at your disposal. You will receive a parking pass for your car. For allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.
