The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Close to the center of Clisson and the train station, we provide you with our family home on weekends and school holidays. (2 nights minimum and 3 for long weekends) We do not provide linens or towels. Sheets are required. Perfect for a family get-together. the amount of the cleaning fee will be refunded if the house has been left clean and tidy. The HOT TUB can be rented for 80 euros more to give upon arrival.
