The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) can easily be included in the living space. You are really on the (swimming) water of the clean lake. Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Very complete house on an island with its own motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is enough to do for everyone. In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Each has its own entrance and is equipped with a complete kitchen (including combi oven/microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, glasses & cups, plates and pans), 1 x double bed, shower, separate toilet, Smart TV, Free Wifi and balcony overlooking the Lakes. Basically, we have built Sustainable, Ecological, Circular. Plassenzicht Logies has been open since 06/09/22, making it new in its kind.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.
