We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that Nana responded quickly and was flexible. The room is quiet and has no problems with amenities.The interior is decorated with lovely paintings.Grand Mall and Will Mart are very conveniently located nearby.The location is great and overall it's good value for money and recommended.Internet and electricity fees will be sent to the host's bank account.

Located in the center of the old city, not far from the new and old bus stations, and not far from the love sculpture.This building is very beautiful, we live on the fourth floor, with a large balcony.There is no elevator, so be careful if you have a large suitcase.

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

Actually, everything was cool. Among the disadvantages: the house is renovated, so it is noisy during the day. Also get ready that in winter it will be cold in the first 6 hours until you warm up the apartment with air conditioning and underfloor heating. But these are temporary and seasonal difficulties, which are compensated by the cost of living. Among the disadvantages of the apartment itself, I note only that the heater on the balcony, which makes it necessary to flush cold water for a long time until it becomes hot. I spotted: you need to open the faucet and wait 14 seconds until the hot water flows. But I don't think it's worth lowering your rating for this.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.
